A group of South Korean university students and their professor toured Rominger Brothers Farms recently as part of their agricultural studies. Eric Willson of Rominger Brothers Farms led the tour, which included a visit to a rice field, where he discussed how the farm produces medium-grain rice. The students attend Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries. Willson explained how the farm plants rice seeds in the fields, and one student said his family used machinery to plant rice transplants into the ground on their farm in South Korea. The group is touring the United States for six days and then they will visit Japan for three days before returning home.]]>
