July 10, 1903 The application of Arthur W. North for letters. of administration on the estate of Erlen Seaman deceased was granted by. Judge Gaddis Monday at Woodland. Mrs. R. Morrison has gone to Monterey to remain during the hot summer weather. D. P. Edwards has given up farming in Colusa County and moved back to Winters. He will make his home with J. A. Henderson.. Miss Blanche McNeal had been engaged to teach the Wolfskill school. Miss McNeal has made a first class reputation as a teacher and Wolfskill is fortunate. Lois DeVilbiss returned to Woodland Friday after a week’s visit with relatives and friends. Maurice Nathan is having the George McCoubrey premises repaired and painted for his occupancy and that of Mrs. Nathan and daughter, Mazy, who are expected here soon from Marysville. Bert Ireland came downtown from Truckee Thursday morning last, returning the same day. He was accompanied home by his little niece Alta who will make a summer visit with relatives in their mountain home. A conference of State Prohibition workers began at Napa yesterday, and W.P. Fasset and G. T. Meeker went over Thursday afternoon to attend.]]>
