5:30 p.m.  Join us behind the Community Center for the Duck Derby. Up to $500 prizes.

5:30 p.m. Buckhorn honors City of Winters Youth City Council, Grand Marshals, Sweetheart, Sweethunk and their court at the Winters Street Meet, outside the Buckhorn

6:15 p.m.  Ducks in the water. Free food for all and a raffle ticket for all youth.

7:00 p.m.  Youth Day opening ceremonies and Duck Derby awards at Rotary Park Gazebo

Saturday, April 28, 2018

6:30 a.m.–9:30 a.m.  Rotary pancake breakfast – Winters Community Center

8:45 a.m.-Kiddie Parade sign ups at the corner of 4th & Main Streets

9:45 a.m-Kiddie Parade- Start: 4th & Main Street , 1st & Main Street, 1st & Baker  End: 3rd & Baker

10:00 a.m. Main Parade – Main Street

10:00 a.m.-Sign ups for horseshoe tournament by the pits in the park.  $20/person or $40/team

11:30 a.m-5:00-Autos for Autism Car Show, Main Street along south side of park

11:30–2:00 DJRockALot spins tunes in the park

12:00–4:00 Kid’s fair in the Park, little league field

12:00–4:30 Food and crafts in the park

12:00 -Winters Express Scavenger Hunt (Ages 2-6) See park map for start location.

1:00 -Winters Express Scavenger Hunt (Ages 7-10) See park map for start location

1:00-Kelly the Clown-Park stage

2:00-Winters Express Scavenger Hunt (Ages 11-18) See park map for start location.

2:00-Parade Awards – Park Stage

2:30 -Dance off – Park Stage

3:00 -Lip Sync – Park Stage

3:30 – Singing Contest – Park Stage.  Karaoke will not be available, so bring your own music and sing!

7:00 –10:00 p.m. Free Concert!  The Black Rock Project will be playing in the Park!  Stage at the same park as Youth Day. Join us for an awesome show.
