Alexis Garcia, a senior on the Winters High School varsity softball team, is the Athlete of the Week.
Last week, Garcia batted 5 for 10 for a .500 average with three runs scored, three RBI and three doubles.
Her season numbers are even better, with a .529 average going 9 for 17 with five runs scored, four RBI and four doubles. Garcia also takes on almost all of the pitching duties for the Warriors.
