Daniel Carrion, a junior on the Winters High School varsity baseball team, is the Athlete of the Week. Last week, Carrion helped lead the Warriors to a 4-0 showing in the Sutter Tournament by throwing a no hitter in the final game with seven strikeouts and no walks. At the plate, Carrion shined as well, batting six for 10 with a double, seven runs scored and had four RBI.
