In the search for a new principal for Waggoner Elementary School, 29 applications were whittled down to seven interviews and three finalists. After multiple rounds of interviews and meetings, Jennifer Kloczko was selected as the final candidate. Kloczko (who told the trustees that her name rhymes with “Costco”), spoke at the School Board meeting on Thursday, March 21. Superintendent Todd Cutler noted that Kloczko has 17 years of experience as a primary teacher and six as a site administrator. “We’re lucky that you came to our doorstep,” Trustee Rudolph Muldong said. After the board unanimously approved her selection as principal, Kloczco thanked them. “I am truly honored to be selected to lead Waggoner Elementary,” Kloczco said. “This is a wonderful community. Even the energy tonight is amazing.”]]>
