The Winters High School JV softball team split their last two games of the season with Willows, but had a strong performance overall. On Tuesday, May 1, the Warriors traveled to Willows to take on the Honkers in their first of their two game series and brought home a 23-13 victory.

Winters tried to keep that momentum going into their second game but faced a little tougher team in game two. In the second game, the Warriors hosted the Honkers at Shirley Rominger School on Thursday, May 3, and lost a close one 16-15 ending their season with a league record of 3-5.  No individual stats were available at press time.
