Dear Editor, The Historical Society of Winters would like to thank the community for their support for our new WINTERS HISTORY MUSEUM. As a reminder, it is open Thursday – Sunday 2 – 6 pm and is located at 13 Russell Street. Our first feature exhibit honors the Winters Express and the Wallace family. Our goal is to change the feature exhibit periodically. With that in mind, it is time for our next feature which will be Youth Day. We are asking the community to loan or donate any items relating to past Youth Days so that we may create an informative and fun exhibit. Items that you might have around would include pictures, digitized home movies, commemorative T-shirts, and flags. You might have inherited these or have been hoarding them not wanting to throw them away but didn’t know what to do with them! Memorabilia such as these now have a home in the Winters History Museum! We are hoping to have this exhibit up by the middle of March so please do not hesitate to contact us at https://www.historicalsocietyofwinters.org/contact. Drop it by the museum during open hours, or contact Rob Coman, Gloria Lopez, or Nicki Chapman… we are easy to find! Also, if you would like to volunteer as a docent, please sign up at  http://bit.ly/hsw-signup1. Gloria Lopez]]>
