More than $16,000 raised at Winters event for Camp Fire relief, organizer says

More than $16,000 was raised for fire relief efforts at a Camp Fire-related fundraiser held in Winters last month, according to an event organizer.

raised $50,000 in cash, checks and gift cards, organizers of that event told the Express. Another fundraiser is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 9 at Blue Note Brewing Company in Woodland. Organizers of the Woodland event say they hope to raise an additional $50,000 for fire relief efforts. If successful, it would bring the total amount of money raised in Yolo County for Camp Fire relief to well over $100,000.]]>
