JAN 8: 5:30 a.m., On the 700 block of Matsumoto Lane, an unknown driver of a vehicle struck a parked vehicle and fled the scene.

JAN 15-16: 6 p.m.-8 a.m., On the 200 block of Rosa Avenue, victim’s mail was fraudulently opened by another person.

JAN 16: 7:05 pm, Maribel Ayon Alexis, 54, of Vacaville was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, obstructing/resisting a Police Officer and driving a vehicle with hazard lights displayed.  Alexis was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

JAN 17:  4:36 p.m., On County Road 90, Officers responded to an audible alarm.  The business was found secure.

JAN 17-18: 6 p.m.-7 a.m., On the 300 block of White Oak Lane, forcible entry was gained to a vehicle and property was stolen.  Loss and vehicle damage – $1,800.

JAN 19: 4:58 p.m., Stephen Anthony Piszczek III, 59, of Winters was arrested for public intoxication.  Piszczek was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

JAN 19-20: 10 p.m.-12:40 p.m., On the 300 block of Railroad Avenue, forcible entry was gained to a vehicle and property was stolen.  Loss and damage to vehicle – $992.

JAN 20: 1:40 a.m., Larry Eugene Roberts, Jr., 36, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Napa County Sheriff warrant charging him with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or above, evading a police officer, being an unlicensed driver, and driving a vehicle with expired registration.  Roberts was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~1:57 p.m., On the 200 block of Railroad Avenue, an Officer responded to an audible alarm.  It was determined the alarm was activated accidentally.

~3:20 p.m., A found ring was turned over to Police.

~7:57 p.m., A 17-year-old Winters juvenile was arrested for conspiracy to commit a crime, burglary, and possessing stolen property.  Juvenile was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Juvenile for incarceration.

JAN 21:  12:19 a.m., A 13-year-old Winters juvenile was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver and failing to stop at a stop sign.
