FEB. 4-5: time unknown, 700 block of East Grant Avenue, property was stolen from a construction site. Loss: $1,130.

FEB. 5: 5:18 a.m., 900 block of Valley Oak Drive, an officer responded to an audible alarm. It was determined the alarm was activated accidentally.

FEB. 6: Time unknown, first block of East Abbey Street, subject received a threatening telephone call.

~  11:55 a.m., 1000 block of Hillview Lane, officers responded to an audible alarm. The residence was found secure.

~  3:39 p.m., Robert Paul Neal, 55, of Winters surrendered himself on an outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of violating a court order to prevent domestic violence and being in contempt of court. Neal was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  9:48 p.m., Robert Justino Moreno, 25, of Sacramento was arrested for domestic violence and vandalism. Moreno was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

FEB. 7: 1:57 a.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, an officer responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

FEB. 7-8: 7 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., first block of East Edwards Street, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $20.

~  9 p.m. to 7 a.m., 200 block of Almond Drive, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $1,550.

FEB. 8: 5:50 p.m., Dorset Court, officers assisted Davis Police Department with a welfare check.

~  11:30 p.m., Stacey Foss, 38, of Vacaville was arrested for public intoxication. Foss was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  11:30 p.m., Christopher Amador Guzman, 43, of Fairfield was arrested on an outstanding Napa County Sheriff warrant of arrest charging him with two counts of driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license, driving an unregistered vehicle and failing to provide proof of insurance. Guzman was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

FEB. 9: 8:30 p.m., County Road 90, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~  11:30 p.m., Robert Julian Hernandez, 34, of Davis was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting, obstructing or delaying a police officer, failing to stop at a stop sign and having an open container of an alcoholic beverage while driving a vehicle. Hernandez was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

FEB. 10: 3:02 p.m., Jennifer Clute, 36, a transient, was arrested for resisting, obstructing or delaying a police officer and assault on a police officer. Clute was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  5 p.m., found U.S. currency was turned over to the police department.

FEB. 11: 6:55 p.m., Selina Marie Garza, 23, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Yolo County Sheriff bench warrant charging her with failure to comply on previous charges of battery and fighting in public. Garza was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  10 p.m., 400 block of Russell Street, parties were involved in a verbal family dispute.
