FEB. 6-7: 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 a.m., 100 block of Westwood Court, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $40.

FEB. 7-17: Time unknown, 400 block of Abbey Street, property was stolen from a locked storage room. Loss: $3,480.

FEB. 8: Time unknown, first block of East Main Street, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $150.

FEB. 12: 6:35 p.m., 1000 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible business alarm. The business was found to be secure from threat.

FEB. 12-13: Time unknown, first block of Main Street, a door lock to a business was vandalized. Damage: $650.

FEB. 13: 3 p.m., first block of Russell Street, a citizen was contacted through fraudulent means and defrauded of money. Loss: $500.

FEB. 15: 4:40 p.m., Rudy Arthur Hattabaugh, 24, of Winters was arrested for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license and failing to stop at a stop sign. Hattabaugh was also arrested on an outstanding Solano County Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charges of being an unlicensed driver and possessing an open container of an alcoholic beverage while driving a vehicle. Hattabaugh was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  9:59 p.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

FEB. 16: 1-6 a.m., 200 block of Toyon Lane, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $5.

~  2:46 a.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm and found an open door. The business was cleared and door secured.

~  7:12 p.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

FEB. 17: 7:33 p..m, Tiffany Marie McClymonds, 21, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license and failing to have a current registration tab displayed on the vehicle license plate.

FEB. 18: 2:45 p.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~  8:45 p.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

FEB. 19: 7:41 p.m., 100 block of Caselli Court, officers responded to an audible alarm. The residence was found secure.

~  10:30 p.m., Kelly Elizabeth Sheats, 44, of Fairfield was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license and driving a vehicle with expired registration.

FEB. 19-20: Time unknown, 100 block of East Baker Street, forcible entry was gained to a vehicle and property was stolen. Loss: $150.
