JAN. 4-5: time unknown, 500 block of Third Street, property was stolen from the bed of a truck. Loss: $1,400.

JAN. 8: 9:18 a.m., 100 block of Grant Avenue, a social media photograph with firearms along with a threat against a school was received. The threat was investigated and was determined not credible.

~  10:40 p.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, parties were involved in a physical altercation.

~  11:15 p.m., first block of East Baker Street, an officer assisted the Fairfield Police Department with locating and detaining a subject. A Fairfield police officer arrived and took the subject into custody.

JAN. 8-9: 6 p.m. to 8 a.m., 500 block of Edwards Street, a classroom window was vandalized. Damage: $200.

JAN. 9: 5:43 a.m., 400 block of Railroad Avenue, an officer responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~  10:34 p.m., s 17-year-old Esparto juvenile was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.

JAN. 10: 2:13 p.m., Daniel Thomas Butterfield, 41, of Winters was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license. Butterfield was also arrested on the following warrants. Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charges of driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license, driving a vehicle with expired registration and failing to wear a seatbelt while driving a vehicle; Yolo County Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of domestic violence; Napa County Sheriff warrant of arrest charging him with two counts of burglary and grand theft; and Solano County Sheriff bench warrant charging
him with failure to comply on previous charge of two counts of driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license. Butterfield was booked at the Winters Police
Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~10:53 p.m., Randy Robert Oates, 58, of Winters was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent or above. Oates was booked
at Winters Police
Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

JAN. 12-13: 10:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., Priscilla Court, property was stolen from unlocked vehicles. Loss: $8.

JAN. 13: 2:19 a.m., Brean James Duncan, 33, of Fairfield was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to stop at a stop sign. Duncan was booked at yjr Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  9:53 a.m., Oscar Villagomez, 30, of San Francisco was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license.

JAN. 14-15: 10:30 p.m. 6 a.m., 200 block of Abbey Street, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $1,680.

JAN. 15: 3:40 a.m., Miles Stephen Simon, 31, of Davis was arrested for possessing a controlled substance, possessing controlled substance paraphernalia and violation of probation. Simon was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

JAN. 16: 3:16 a.m., 500 block of Creekside Way, parties were involved in a verbal domestic dispute.

~  4:20 a.m., first block of East Baker Street, parties were involved in a verbal domestic dispute.
