OCT. 1, 2017 to MARCH 5, 2018, a citizen’s access cards were used to make fraudulent purchases. Loss: $3,033.57.

FEB. 27: 9:44 a.m., an officer assisted the Solano County Sheriff’s Department with a theft report of a firearm that occurred at Solano Park.

FEB. 28: 1:09 p.m., 100 block of East Baker Street, unknown suspect(s) placed an ad to sell a vehicle online. When the victim attempted to purchase the vehicle, they were defrauded. Loss $3,506.

MARCH 3: 11:19 a.m., A found cellular telephone was turned over to the police department.

~  11:45 a.m., alley between Main and Abbey Streets, suspect kicked a vehicle door, causing damage to the door. The door hit victim in the shoulder, causing injury. The case is being forwarded to the District Attorney for complaint.

MARCH 4: 12-6:15 p.m., 600 block of Creekside Way, a vehicle rear windshield was broken. Damage: $500.

MARCH 4-5: 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., 900 block of Suffolk Place, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $5.

MARCH 5: Time unknown, a citizen’s Social Security number was used to gain credit. Loss: $8,000.

~  9:38 a.m., 100 block of Grant Avenue, a threatening statement was made toward a person.

~  11:17 a.m., a driver of a vehicle was traveling southbound on Morgan Street and collided into a legally parked vehicle.

MARCH 6: 8:10 a.m., Virginia Hernandez, 46, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver and failing to stop at a stop sign.

~  8:39 p.m., Octavio Ramirez, 19, of Dixon was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver and having an inoperable license plate light.

MARCH 7: 9:24 a.m., A found bicycle was turned over to the police department.

~  12:41 p.m., 800 block on Carrion Circle unknown suspect(s) take items of value from a locked vehicle. Loss $20.

~  3:32 p.m., Adam Joseph Hinojosa, 39, of Winters was arrested for domestic battery and assault likely to produce bodily injury. Hinojosa was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  4:48 p.m., 10 block of Main Street, unknown subject takes items of value from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $100.

~  7:22 p.m., Jose Manuel Mariscal, Jr., 31, of Woodland was arrested for possessing stolen property and possessing controlled substance paraphernalia. Mariscal was booked at the Winters Police Department and released on a notice to appear.

~  7:22 p.m., Elysia Marania Mosley, 19, of Dixon was arrested for possessing stolen property. Mosley was booked at the Winters Police Department and released on a notice to appear.

~  11:43 p.m., 400 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

MARCH 8: 8:06 a.m., 100 block of Wolfskill Street, officer assists city staff with an uninhabitable building.

~  3:53 p.m., 1000 block of West Grant Avenue, suspect(s) contact victim through the internet and attempts to have them deposit a fraudulent check.

MARCH 9: 7:30 a.m., intersection of County Roads 31 and 93A, officers assist the California Highway Patrol with a traffic accident.

MARCH 10: 7:55 a.m., intersection of Wolfskill and First Streets, parties involved in a verbal domestic argument. Parties were separated for the day.

~  9:25 a.m., Omar Lopez Cortez, 25, of Winters was arrested on charges of theft of an access card, petty theft, and a Winters Police Department felony bench warrant for failure to appear on previous charges of receiving stolen property and an enhancement for a prior prison sentence. Cortez was also issued a notice to appear in court on charges of possession of heroin and possession of more than 28.5 grams of marijuana. Cortez was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to the Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  11:35 a.m., Richard Brian Cooper, 60, of Winters was arrested on a Yolo County Probation felony bench warrant charging him with a violation of the terms of probation regarding a previous charge of burglary. Cooper was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to the Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  7:42 p.m., 100 block of East Grant Avenue parties involved in a verbal domestic argument. Parties were separated for the evening.

~  8:23 p.m., Larry Eugene Roberts Jr., 37, of Winters was arrested on a Napa County Sheriff Department misdemeanor bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charged of driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level over .08%, refuse to comply with a lawful order, excessive blood alcohol level or refusal to submit to chemical tests, and expired vehicle registration. Roberts Jr. was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to the Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

MARCH 11: 10:00 pm, Roger Allen Padilla, 21, of Winters was arrested on a previous Davis Police Department felony warrant of arrest regarding charges of false imprisonment, false imprisonment with violence, and two charges of domestic violence. Padilla was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to the Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~ 10:21 p.m., intersection of East Edwards Street and East Street, officer encountered an individual on county probation. The individual was searched and nothing of evidentiary value was found.
