FEB. 2-20: Time unknown, 1000 block of Village Circle, a citizen was contacted through fraudulently means and was defrauded of money. Loss: $1,717.

FEB. 15: 2:30 p.m., 100 block of Main Street, suspect entered a business and cashed a fraudulent check. Loss: $575.73. Investigation continues.

FEB. 23: 12:42 p.m., a citizen reported a suspicious circumstance that occurred on I-80 and I-505. The case is being forwarded to Vacaville Police Department.

FEB. 25-27: Time unknown, 500 block of East Street, a locked vehicle was entered and property was stolen. Loss: $105.

FEB. 26: 11:46 a.m., 500 block of Main Street, a bench was vandalized.

~  1:28 p.m., at I-505 and Putah Creek Road, officers assisted the California Highway Patrol with a vehicle accident.

~  5:06 p.m., 800 block of Jefferson Street, parties were involved in a verbal domestic dispute.

~  10:24 p.m., 400 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

FEB. 27: 8 a.m., Anderson Avenue at Cottage Circle, an unknown driver of a vehicle collided into a legally parked vehicle and fled the scene.

~  2:05 p.m., Jhoanna Marie Vicente, 38, of Daly City was arrested on an outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrant charging her with failure to appear on previous charges of passing a fictitious check, possessing a check in order to defraud, possessing a bad check, forgery, possessing an access card with the intent to defraud, theft, possessing a controlled substance and being an accessory to a crime. Vicente was arrested on an outstanding Contra Costa County Sheriff ramey warrant charging her with theft of a vehicle, grand theft, forgery and obtaining money by false pretenses. Vicente was also arrested on an outstanding Sonoma County Sheriff warrant of arrest charging her with soliciting specified criminal acts and altering an imitation firearm to look like a duplicate. Lastly, Vicente was issued a notice to appear for possessing a controlled substance. Vicente was transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  6:14 p.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~  9:45 p.m., Victoria Mendoza Vasquez, 39, of Dixon was arrested on an outstanding Davis Police Department felony warrant of arrest charging her with embezzlement and embezzlement by an employee. Vasquez was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

FEB. 28: 12:56 p.m., a driver of a motorcycle was traveling on eastbound Main Street at Haven Street. The motorcycle front brakes locked up causing the driver to lose control and fall off the motorcycle.

MARCH 1: 7:57 a.m., 400 block of Edwards Street, an unknown driver of a vehicle traveling eastbound veered off to the right, struck a legally parked vehicle and left the scene.

~  8:00 a.m., Grant Avenue at First Street, a driver of a vehicle traveling eastbound collided into the rear of a vehicle also traveling eastbound.

~  5:16 p.m., A driver of a vehicle was traveling westbound on the 800 block of Jackson Street at a high rate of speed, broadsided a vehicle that was backing from a residential driveway and fled the scene.

~  9:07 p.m., Robert Paul Neal, 55, a transient was arrested on an outstanding Solano County Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of making threats with the intent to terrorize. Neal was booked at THE Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  11:10 p.m., Saul Baeza, 36, of Winters was arrested for hit and run causing injury. Baeza was also arrested on an outstanding Solano County Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of possessing a narcotic controlled substance. Baeza was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

MARCH 2: 7:52 p.m., 400 block of Railroad Avenue, Officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~  10:07 p.m., I-505 and County Road 27, an Officer assisted Yolo County Sheriff Deputies with a wrong way driver.

MARCH 3: 12:15 a.m., John Brian Rojas, 26, of Fairfield was arrested for public intoxication. Rojas was booked at THE Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~12:15 a.m., Mary Cathleen Anderson, 21, of Fairfield was arrested for public intoxication. Rojas was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

MARCH 4: 8:41 a.m., Putah Creek Road, an officer assisted Solano County Sheriff’s Deputies with a disturbance.

MARCH 4-5: Time unknown, 12:30 p.m., 1000 block of Taft Court, two unlocked vehicles were entered and searched. Property was not stolen.
