APRIL 25: 12:53 a.m., Roberto Villanueva, Jr., 50, of Vacaville was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.

MAY 2-7: Time unknown, 200 block of Grant Avenue, an unlocked bicycle was stolen. Loss: $150. The bicycle was later returned to the owner.

MAY 4: 6:20 p.m., s 15-year-old Winters juvenile was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.

MAY 6: 12:41 a.m., 700 block of Matsumoto Lane, parties were involved in a verbal domestic dispute.

~  11:05 p.m., 400 block of Morgan Street, an officer had contact with a 16-year-old Winters juvenile who was determined to be on probation. The juvenile was released to a parent.

MAY 6-7: 11:30 p.m. to 4 a.m., 600 block of Ivy Loop, three marijuana plants were stolen. Loss: $1,000.

MAY 7: 7:38 p.m., County Road 90, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

MAY 8: 4:55 a.m., 600 block of Snapdragon Street, an attempt was made to gain entry to a locked vehicle.

MAY 9: 2:15 a.m., 400 Morgan Street, an officer responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~3:02 p.m., 900 block of Railroad Avenue, officers conducted a probation search and found items of evidentiary value. The case is being forwarded to Yolo County Probation for review.

MAY 10: 3:10 a.m., John Kevin Pocza, 48, a transient was arrested on an outstanding Winters Police Department warrant of arrest charging him with obstructing/resisting a police officer. Pocza was arrested on a Del Norte Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charges of two counts of vandalism. Pocza was also arrested on two Mendocino County Sheriff bench warrants charging him with two counts of failure to appear on previous charges of battery on a Police Officer, resisting arrest and defrauding an innkeeper; and four counts of failure to appear on previous charges of battery and failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge. Pocza was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  3:20 a.m., 100 block of East Grant Avenue, suspect was found in possession of a billy club/sap and suspect spit on the officer. The case is being forwarded to the District Attorney for complaint.

~  9:20 a.m., 100 block of Abbey Street, a cellular telephone was stolen. Loss: $180.

~  12 p.m., a 14-year-old Citrus Heights juvenile was issued a notice to appear for truancy. Juvenile was released to a guardian.

MAY 11: 12:43 a.m., Shawn Michael Caldwell, 23, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Solano County Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of theft. Caldwell was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  5:50 a.m., 100 block of Riverview Court, a locked vehicle was stolen. Loss: $2,600.

~  7:30 a.m., 700 block of Matsumoto Lane, suspect took victim’s ATM card and made an unauthorized transaction.

~  3:20 p.m., Frank Martin Purtill, 50, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with violation of probation on previous charge of attempt arson. Purtill was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  10:08 p.m., Fortino Reyes-Martinez, 47, of Winters was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .08% or above and using a cellular telephone while driving a vehicle. Reyes-Martinez was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

MAY 12: Time unknown, 200 block of Lenis Avenue, parties were involved in family dispute.

~  Unknown, 100 block of East Baker Street, a sprinkler pipe was vandalized. Damage: $1,000.

~  7:30 a.m., Michael Peter Petersen, 52, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.

~  9:32 p.m., Servando Ybarra, 36, of Winters was arrested for evading a police officer, reckless driving, failing to stop at a stop sign, failing to stop at a red light, driving on the wrong side of the roadway, failing to yield to oncoming traffic, driving at an unsafe speed, resisting/obstructing a police officer and violating terms of probation. Ybarra was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

MAY 14: 2:45 p.m., Adriana Aguilar, 30, of Woodland was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver and driving a vehicle with expired registration.
