MAY 11:  12:15 p.m., A citizen reported a lost driver’s license.

~6:28 p.m., On the first block of East Abbey Street, Officers assisted Winters Fire and AMR personnel with a combative subject.

MAY 15:  7 a.m.-8:38 a.m., On the 400 block of Main Street, a purse and contents were stolen from the front porch of a residence.  Loss – $145.

~11:15 a.m., Margarito Christopher Herrera, Jr., 24, of Sacramento was booked and released on a District Attorney letter charging him with domestic violence and vandalism.

~1:41 p.m., Kevin Lee Weisenburg, 50, of Vacaville was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license and failing to wear a seatbelt while driving a vehicle.

~4:12 p.m., Raul Reyes, Jr., 21, of Woodland was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license.

~8:23 p.m., On the 100 block of Wolfskill Street, a dating couple were involved in a verbal domestic argument that escalated into a physical altercation.  The case is being forwarded to the District Attorney for complaint.

MAY 15-16:  10 p.m.-5 p.m., On the 400 block of Abbey Street, a vehicle was vandalized.  Damage – $60.

MAY 17:  7:40 a.m., Tanairi Tatiana Pagan, 26, of San Mateo was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license and failing to stop at a stop sign.

~8:30 a.m., On the first block of East Main Street, an Officer assisted Child Welfare Services with a welfare check.

~10:15 a.m., Lorenzo Anthony Lopez III, 23, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license.  Lopez was also arrested on an outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license and failing to provide proof of insurance.  Lopez was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~11:17 p.m., Margarito Diaz Alvarez, 31, of Woodland was arrested for lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 years of age.  Alvarez was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

MAY 18:  10:30 a.m., Matthew Laurence Friend, 28, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of public intoxication.  Friend was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

MAY 18-19:  9 p.m.-10 a.m., On the 400 block of Morgan Street, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.  Loss – $30.

MAY 19:  12:50 a.m., On Russell Boulevard, an Officer assisted a Yolo County Sheriff’s Deputy with an investigation.

~1:52 a.m., On County Road 90, Officers responded to an audible alarm.  The business was found secure.

~6:32 p.m., Tito Valenzuela, 18, of Esparto was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver and failing to stop at a stop sign.

MAY 20:  2:02 p.m., On the 700 block of Railroad Avenue, Officers responded to an audible alarm.  It was determined the alarm was activated accidentally.
