The Winters Joint Unified School District, in conjunction with Winters Police and Winters Fire Departments, will host a Safety Forum for parents and community members on Wednesday, April 4, at 6:30 p.m. at the School District Office board room, located at 909 W. Grant Avenue. Superintendent Todd Cutler, Police Chief John Miller, and Fire Chief Brad Lopez will provide information. The public is invited to attend.
