Our first meeting/potluck of the new year was held on Wednesday, Jan. 10, at the Community Center. A big “thank you” goes to Ursula Navarro and Elaine Johnson for decorating our tables in New Year’s theme. Thanks to our members who brought dishes to share and to Marie Hellman for her delicious homemade tomato soup.

A gift and thank you card was presented to Bea Edwards for her time as our vice president. She resigned due to her health and Elaine Johnson is our new vice president.

A few of our members were unable to attend due to the bug that’s been going around. We hope you will be able to be with us for our Feb. 14 meeting/potluck. Please be there by 11 a.m. We hope to see you all there, and may the new year bring better health to all of us.

Please remember that dues are now payable.
