It seems that we always find time to send a letter if we are not happy with something that the city has done, but are way too busy just to say, “thank You.”

Well, in my case, I ran into a problem coordinating my schedule with the City Building Inspector and my solar company. We just couldn’t connect.

So, I ran in one morning to the Inspector’s office and explained my dilemma. Mr. Ashdown listened to my problem and asked me if I would be home tomorrow morning, and he would swing by on his own time before he went to work.

This was just awesome.

So, a big “thank you” to Mr. Ashdown for taking the time in resolving my issue and his great service.
