Available resources and advice in the event of a PG&E Power Safety Shut-off:

PG&E:

Call 866-743-6589or go to pge.com/mywildfirealerts to sign up for alerts.

Yolo County:

Sign up for emergency alerts at : yolocounty.org/residents/emergency-alerts-health-alerts

Residents are advised to follow local city, fire and police on social media for updates and emergency information. Those requiring additional resources should  call 2-1-1.

City of Winters:

The City of Winters will be coordinating with the Yolo County Office of Emergency Services (Yolo OES) to assist in providing services to residents of Golden Bear, Positas Road and nearby Yolo County Housing projects like the Morgan Street Senior Apartments. Self-serve water will be available via a fire hydrant on Valley Oak Drive and Grant Avenue. The city is also working on a water delivery service for nearby residents with livestock.

Water and sewage within city limits will operate normally.

The Community Resource Center is located at the gravel lot at Railroad Avenue and East Abbey Street. The center has restrooms, bottled water, electronic device charging, A/C and seating for up to 100 people.

Limited city services will be available at the Public Safety Center in Winters.

Look out for elderly neighbors and family.

Call 9-1-1 in the event of an emergency.
