JAN. 9: time unknown, 800 block of Carrion Circle, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $500.

JAN. 16: 1:10 p.m., 700 block of Matsumoto Lane, a driver was attempting to park in a parking stall and pressed the gas pedal instead of the brakes causing the vehicle to move forward and collide into a building.

JAN. 18: time unknown, 800 block of Carrion Circle, forcible entry was gained to a vehicle and property was stolen. Loss: $180.

~ Unknown, 100 block of Abbey Street, property was stolen from a residence. Loss: $955.

JAN. 20: time unknown, 800 block of Carrion Circle, property was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $8.

JAN. 22: 8:53 p.m., Lorenzo Anthony Lopez, 23, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license and failing to provide proof of insurance.

JAN. 22-23: 12 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., 300 block of Edwards Street, spray paint was used to write graffiti on a garage door. Damage: $10.

JAN. 23: 7:38 pm, Eric Michael Rodriguez, 20, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for failing to stop at a stop sign and being an unlicensed driver.

JAN. 24: 8 a.m., a resident was contacted through fraudulent means and defrauded of money. Loss: $3,000.

~  2 p.m., Saul Aguilera, 37, of Dixon was picked up from Solano County Jail, transported to Yolo County Jail and booked on a Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charge of burglary.

JAN. 25: 2:45 p.m., 200 block of Anderson Avenue, a driver of a vehicle was backing out of a driveway and collided into a legally parked vehicle.

JAN. 26: 3:53 p.m., Tony Deweese, Jr. 37, of Elverta was arrested for taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent and possessing stolen property. Lizbeth Sandoval, 25, of Woodland was arrested for taking a vehicle without the owner’s consent. Both were booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

JAN. 28: 5:13 p.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~11:38 pm, Richard Brian Cooper, 60, a transient was arrested for burglary of a vehicle. Cooper was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.
