MARCH 25: 1:05 p.m., a driver was traveling southbound on Third Street and entered Main Street into the path of a vehicle traveling westbound, causing a collision.

~  4 p.m., a driver was traveling southbound on Hemenway Street and slowed to drive over the speed bumps. A driver of a vehicle travelling behind collided into the rear of the vehicle and left the scene. The case is being forwarded to the District Attorney for complaint.

MARCH 28: 8 p.m., 800 block of Carrion Circle, a vehicle was vandalized. Damage: $500.

MARCH 29: 10:21 a.m., 200 block of Russell Street, unknown suspect(s) search through unlocked vehicles.

~  10:30 a.m., APRIL Rix, 42, of West Sacramento was issued a notice to appear for being in possession of methamphetamine.

MARCH 30: 7:18 a.m., John Costa Ferreira, 48, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.

APRIL 1: Time unknown, 100 block of Westwood Court, a residence was vandalized. Damage $1,200.

APRIL 2: 10:42 a.m., 300 block of Third Street, an unknown suspect deceived a non-profit staff member to send funds to a phony account. The pending transaction was cancelled before monies were transferred.

~  10:06 p.m., Myrtle Drive, an officer assisted Yolo County Sheriff deputies with a verbal altercation.

~  10:45 p.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

APRIL 3: Time unknown, a citizen was a victim of identity theft.

~  11:09 p.m., Jamie Lanae Peterson, 38, of Winters was arrested for public intoxication. Peterson was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to the Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

APRIL 4: 6:30 a.m., Miguel Pitaya-Salazar, 60, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver and failing to stop at a stop sign.

~  7:34 a.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~  11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at an unknown location, a cellular telephone was stolen. Loss: $100.

APRIL 5: 11:49 a.m., Maria Isabel Gomez, 58, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver and failing to stop at a stop sign.

~  10:16 p.m., Christopher Michael Cassidy, 29, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charges of possessing controlled substance paraphernalia, possessing a narcotic controlled substance and driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license. Cassidy was also arrested on an outstanding Solano County Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to appear on previous charges of theft and possessing a controlled substance. Cassidy was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

APRIL 7: Time unknown, a citizen was a victim of identity theft.

~  Time unknown, 700 block of Foxglove Circle, a house was egged. Damage: $1,000.

~  7:07 a.m., 1000 block of Roosevelt Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The residence was found secure.

~  11:12 a.m., Rodolfo Gonzalez Zintura, 68, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver and failing to stop at a stop sign.

~  3:09 p.m., Shawn Michael Caldwell, 23, of Winters was arrested on four outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrants charging him with failure to appear on previous charges of possessing controlled substance paraphernalia and failing to have a bicycle light during darkness; failure to appear on previous charges of possessing a controlled substance and two counts of possessing controlled substance paraphernalia; failure to appear on previous charge of possessing controlled substance paraphernalia; and failure to appear on previous charge of petty theft. Caldwell was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  9:05 p.m., Primavera Quetzal Herrera, 22, of Woodland was arrested for public intoxication. Herrera was also arrested on an outstanding Woodland Police Department bench warrant charging him with failure to comply on previous charge of driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license. Herrera was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

~  9:23 p.m., Valentin Valdez Soto, Jr., 21, of Woodland was arrested for public intoxication. Soto was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

APRIL 8: 8:15 p.m., Saul Martinez, 20, of Winters was issued a notice to appear for being an unlicensed driver.

~  8:47 p.m., a found bicycle was turned over to the police department.

APRIL 9: 11:53 a.m., first block of Main Street, officers responded to a hold-up alarm at a business. It was determined to be a false alarm.
