Winters Middle School back to school night and book fair Aug 29

Winters Middle School invites and encourages students and their parents or guardians to come to Winters Middle School’s Back to School Night on Wednesday, Aug. 29 to follow a shortened version of the student’s daily routine. Dinner and desserts will be available to purchase starting at 5 p.m. until gone. At 5:57 p.m. attendees will go to the student’s first period class and then change classes every 10 minutes. Teachers will be sharing information about their classroom procedures, such as standards and benchmarks, grading, routine class work, textbooks, homework and how parents can be teachers too. On Wednesday, Aug. 29 students will bring home their schedule. Parents and guardians are encouraged to bring schedules to the event so they’ll know where to go. Maps and bell schedules will be posted around campus. Outdoor School will be accepting tuition payments and parents or guardians can pick up a fundraising candy box. The Book Fair will go from 5-7 p.m. in the middle school library Tri-Tip sandwiches $7, chips, drinks & desserts $1 each (benefiting Camp & Music fundraisers) will be available from 5 p.m. until sold out. Also available for purchase are yearbooks $30/$35 with name on cover;  Student Body Cards $5, spiritwear T-Shirt $10 of Hoodie $25.]]>
