“Super Youth – The Heroes of the Future” has been chosen as the theme for the 83rd annual Winters Youth Day Celebration to be held on Saturday, April 27. The theme was submitted by Cindy Jordling, who wins the $100 cash prize. After notifying Jordling of the selection, she donated the prize money to the Winters Education Foundation.
