Brandon Colter is a sophomore at Winters High School and competes on the cross country team. Colter is a born runner, with endurance and speed. Of the two cross country meets Colter has raced in he came in first at Williams. At the most current, the Black Butte Invitational, he came in seventh. At the Williams meet, the coaches from Colusa remarked in astonishment, “Winters is in the lead,” in referring to Colter. Colter has made many friendships on the team and is respected by all.]]>
