John Rominger, a junior at Winters High School, is the Pisani’s Athlete of the Week. A member of the swim team, Rominger competed in the boys 200-yard medley and 200-yard freestyle relay heats in the NSCIF masters meet on Oct. 30. He turned on the jets to finish the season off strong. “He’s always worked hard in practices and gave his best at meets,” said head coach, Devin Tice. “He always swam whatever events asked even if he didn’t want to swim them. John showed great leadership on the team and helped the boy’s team to win a league championship.”
