Another way is to make an oral presentation during the appropriate section of a City Council meeting. Items to be discussed by the City Planning Commission on Tuesday, June 25 are listed on the agenda below: CONSENT ITEMS All matters listed under the consent calendar are considered routine and non-controversial, require no discussion and are expected to have unanimous Commission support and may be enacted by the Commission in one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items. However, before the City Council votes on the motion to adopt, members of the Commission, staff, or the public may request that specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate discussion and action. Items(s) removed will be discussed later in the meeting as time permits.

  2. B. Minutes of the May 28, 2019 meeting of the Planning Commission.
  1. Public Hearing and Consideration of recommendation by the Planning Commission on proposed amendments to Title 17 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Municipal Code regarding regulation of vacation rentals operating within city limits.
                  A. Find the proposed amendments to Title 17 Categorically Exempt from CEQA, Class  1 Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) and Class 4 Section 15304 (Minor Alterations to Land); and                     B. Recommend the City Council adopt the proposed Ordinance 201902 amending Chapter 17.12, Planning Agency and adding Chapter 17.54, Vacation Rentals to Title 17 (Zoning Ordinance) of the Municipal Code.           2. Economic Development Advisory Committee Report.
