The Winters community can join in on a public meeting regarding the Farmstead Subdivision Project at the end of the month.
City Manager Kathleen Salguero Trepa told the Express that a Farmstead Subdivision Project Scoping meeting will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, Nov. 30 at 2:30 p.m.
The City of Winters is the lead agency for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Farmstead Subdivision Project. The EIR is being prepared in compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
The City is hosting the public scoping meeting to inform interested parties and the public about the proposed Farmstead Subdivision Project, and to provide an opportunity to provide comments on the scope and content of the EIR.
The public review period runs from Nov. 18 through Dec. 17 at 5 p.m. Comments can be sent anytime during the 30-day Notice of Preparation comment period. All comments must be directed to the following:
