Winters Friends of the Library (WFoL) will hold a holiday book sale and give away free children’s craft kits on Saturday, Dec. 4 from 1–4 p.m. at the Winters Community Library.

Everyone is invited to browse a wide selection of quality used books, suitable for holiday giving, at very reasonable prices. There will be lots of children’s books available. All proceeds from the book sale will benefit the Winters Community Library.

Children can pick up a free holiday craft kit to take home and make as a gift or home decoration (while supplies last). They can choose to make rolled beeswax candles, a colorful votive candle holder, or a decorated face mask.

This is a COVID-safe version of the annual WFoL Family Holiday Festival that normally features a large crowd of children singing, making crafts and visiting Santa at the Community Center. WFoL encourages everyone to enjoy singing, making crafts and reading together at home.
