The Winters Chamber of Commerce is seeking volunteers to help out at the 2019 Winters Holiday Tractor Parade on Saturday, Dec. 7.
The volunteer opportunities available are:
- Street Closure Barricade Attendants from 4-8 p.m. (20 volunteers needed)
- Parade Marshals from 5-8 p.m. (22 volunteers needed).
According to Sue Moualim, Winters Chamber Executive Director, all volunteers will be required to meet prior to the event or on the day of the parade to go over their assignments and other important details. Tractor Parade volunteers will receive a complimentary box lunch/dinner provided by the Buckhorn BBQ Truck.
“The Winters Holiday Tractor Parade is an awesome community event, but we can’t produce it without help,” said Moualim. “Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, have fun and make a difference for your community.”
Individuals interested in volunteering or with questions about volunteering should call 530-795-2329 or email Moualim at sue@winterschamber.com.
Publisher’s note: The parade’s best seat in town can be found volunteering.
