Courtesy photo Winters Friends of the Library presents free outdoor concerts every Thursday in July at p.m. at the Rotary Park Gazebo. Everyone is invited to bring a blanket or lawn chair, pack a picnic or enjoy delicious refreshments for sale. All proceeds benefit the Winters Community Library.
