Yolo Virtual Career Fair on March 25

YoloWorks!, Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency and the Yolo County Workforce Innovation Board and the California Department of Public Health (CDPH), are hosting a Virtual Career Fair on Friday, March 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

This virtual career fair provides job seekers the opportunity to connect with eight programs at CDPH to discuss available opportunities. Registration for the event is free and open today.

Job seekers can learn about entry level to senior level career opportunities, chat with staff from multiple CDPH programs, and get questions about the State of California’s hiring process answered by CDPH recruitment team. Participating CDPH programs are General Administration & Operations, Emergency Preparedness, Research and Data, Medical Professionals (Physicians & Nurses), Scientific Career Fields, Information Technology, and Administration of Public Health Programs.

Attendees will gain access to live virtual booths where they can ask questions directly to participating departments. Additionally, CPDH will offer an hour-long “How to Get a State Job Presentation” at 8:30 a.m. during the virtual career fair.
