CALL TO ORDER (5 p.m.) Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call ADOPT AGENDA All matters of the Consent Agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by the Board in one motion without prior discussion. At the time the Board adopts the agenda an item may be removed from the Consent Agenda by the Board for discussion. This is a procedural process that can only be conducted by a member of the Board of Trustees. CLOSED SESSION 1. Public Employment – Superintendent (Gov. Code §54957(b)(1) RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION 1. The Board of Trustees will reconvene to open session reporting action, if any, taken during closed session. COMMUNICATIONS/REPORTS (6 p.m.) 1. There will be no separate discussion of these items. However, before the School Board votes on the motion to adopt, members of the School Board request that specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate discussion and action.
