<![CDATA[The Winters Joint Unified School District Board of Trustees holds regular meetings beginning at 6 p.m. on the first and third Thursdays of the month in the Walnut Room at the school district office at 909 W. Grant Avenue. Anyone may attend. Members of the public wishing to address specific items on the School Board meeting agenda must submit a Request to Speak form prior to the calling of the first person speaking to the specific item then being discussed by the Board. Request to Speak forms should be submitted to the Secretary of the Board (Superintendent).
