Board Trustee Appointment Timeline (information) CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the consent agenda are considered routine and non-controversial, require no discussion and are expected to have unanimous Trustee support and may be enacted by the School Board in one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items. However, before the School Board votes on the motion to adopt, members of the School Board request that specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate discussion and action. Items(s) removed will be added earlier on the meeting agenda. 1. Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting on January 16, 2020. 2. Approval of Personnel as Listed. 3. Approval of Social Emotional Learning Curriculum/Shirley Rominger Intermediate. 4. Approval of Resolution No. 1112-20 to Accept Termination of Leases and Quit Claim Deed for the Winters High School Track Project. 5. Measure “D” and Measure “P” Expenditures for Project Inspection Services. 6. Acceptance of Donation. 7. Approval of Bill Warrants. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION 1. The Board of Trustees will meet in closed session to conference with District Negotiator, Superintendent Cutler, regarding negotiations with WAEA and WAPPSU pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54957.6. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION 1. The Board will reconvene to open session reporting action taken, if any, during closed session.
