Supporting Award of Lease-Leaseback Agreement for the Winters High School Administration Building Project/Resolution No. 1106-19 (action) 3. Supporting Award of Lease-Leaseback Agreement for the Winters High School Twelve Classroom Building Project/Resolution No. 1107-19 (action) 4. Old Wolfskill Site Update (information) Board/Governance 5. Vision Revisited Workshop Summary (information) CONSENT AGENDA All matters listed under the consent agenda are considered routine and non-controversial, require no discussion and are expected to have unanimous Trustee support and may be enacted by the School Board in one motion in the form listed below. There will be no separate discussion of these items. However, before the School Board votes on the motion to adopt, members of the School Board request that specific items be removed from the Consent Calendar for separate discussion and action. Items(s) removed will be added earlier on the meeting agenda. 1. Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting on October 17, 2019. 2. Approval of Personnel as Listed 2019-2022 Memorandum of Understanding with Yolo-Solano Center for Teacher Credentialing. 3.2019-2022 Memorandum of Understanding for Establishing Transportation Procedures Between Yolo County Local Educational Agencies, Yolo County Probation Department and Yolo Health and Human Services Agency. 4. 2019-2023 Mass Casualty Victimization Program Operational Agreement Between Yolo County District Attorney’s Office, Victim Services Program and Winters Joint Unified School District. 5. 2019/20 Proposed Lottery Budget. 6. Facilities Use Agreement Between Winters Joint Unified School District and Compass Charter Schools. 7. Acceptance of Completion of the Winters High School Track Project.
