The Winters Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon cutting on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 4 p.m. at Yolo Traders Bistro. Gabe Ibarra, Alejandra Ibarra and Geetesh Goyal, owners of the restaurant, will provide complimentary snack bites and drinks between 4-5 p.m. during this event. The restaurant is not only celebrating its second year in business but is also the new partnership of Gabe and Alejandra and Goyal.
Gabe and Alejandra have lived in Winters for the past 20 years and found it the perfect place to raise a family. Alejandra’s love for cooking led to the couple opening Yolo Traders Bistro in 2017. The restaurant serves creations made from 100 percent wild-caught seafood and produce which is local, organic and seasonal. Yolo Traders Bistro is known for serving Sinaloan cuisine.
Goyal is a local entrepreneur who was born and raised in Davis. His personal connection to the Ibarras prompted him to invest in this family owned and operated restaurant. The benefits of this partnership can be seen in the new décor and feel of the restaurant. The owners invite you to share food, wine and company at Yolo Traders Bistro.]]>
