Barbecued chicken wings with ranch style sauce Serves 8.   For the sauce:   1 cup tomato purée or 1 ½ cups tomato juice ½ cup water ⅓ cup lemon juice ¼ cup soft butter 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 tbsp. paprika 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt ½ tsp. pepper   Combine all ingredients and bring the sauce to a boil. Keep it warm for basting.   For the chicken:   3 lbs. of chicken wings, cut at the joints   Preheat the grill to medium heat.   Marinate the chicken wings in the ranch style sauce for four hours or overnight. After removing the wings from the marinade, pat them dry. Place the wings on the grill, turning occasionally. Cook the wings until the chicken is well browned. This should take roughly 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve.   Beef shish kabobs in spicy barbecue sauce Serves 8.   For the sauce:   ½ cup vinegar ½ cup vegetable oil 1 small onion 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Dry mustard ¼ each of mace, nutmeg and clove 1 clove of crushed garlic ½ tsp. Tabasco   Combine all ingredients.   For the kabobs:   1 ½ lb. sirloin steak cut into 1” cubes ½ lb. crimini mushrooms 1 green bell pepper 2 cups cherry tomatoes 1 cup fresh pineapple 8 kabob skewers   Preheat the grill to a medium high heat. Marinate the steak in the spicy barbecue sauce for two hours. While the steak marinades, prepare the other ingredients for the skewers. Cut the stems off the mushrooms, and cube the bell pepper and pineapple. After assembling the skewers, place them over the heat. Grill them for roughly 10 minutes, turning them occasionally and basting often. Remove from the heat and serve immediately. Do you have a recipe that you would like to share?
