Cheyenne Nicole Powell and Arthur Edward Ingraffia married on July 16 at Timber Creek Rose Garden and Ballroom in Roseville. Donald Chris Leigh, an ordained minister and the bride’s uncle, officiated the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Sheryl Dene and Martin James Powell of Winters. The groom is the son of Christina Ann Littrell of Sacramento and Joseph Edward Ingraffia of Vallejo.
The best man was Joshua Miller of West Haven, Utah. The Best Twin was Nicholas Ingraffia of Billings, Mont. The matron of honor was Sylvia Ingraffia of Billings, Mont. The man of honor was Riki Lucero of Winters. The flower girl was Sadie Faaborg and the ring bearer was Cooper Faaborg, both of Roseville.
Their reception was also held at Timber Creek Rose Garden and Ballroom. They spent their honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii for two weeks. The couple lives in Winters.
The bride received her Master of Education in Learning and Technology. She is a sixth grade teacher. The groom received his Bachelor of Arts in Mechanical Engineering. He is a licensed professional engineer and is a team lead.
