The candidate filing period for three Trustee seats on the Winters Joint Unified School District school board closed on Aug. 12.
The line-up of candidates who will appear on the Nov. 3 election ballot have been confirmed as:
- Trustee Area 1: Two candidates are contending for the seat, which is a four-year term — Incumbant Ralph F. Anderson (who filed July 21) and challenger Kristin Trott (who filed Aug. 4).
- Trustee Area 3: Two candidates are contending for the seat, which is a two-year term — Incumbant Stephanie Chávez (who filed July 15) and challenger Joedy Michael (who filed Aug. 6).
- Trustee Area 5: Three candidates are contending for the seat, which is a four-year term — Incumbant Rudolph Muldong (who filed July 24) and challengers Everardo Zaragoza (who filed July 30) and Lisa Dennis (who filed Aug. 6).
