The Chamber of Commerce will host the 26th annual Earthquake Festival on Friday, Aug. 25, 5-11 p.m. on downtown Main Street. One of Winters’ biggest street parties of the year, the event  celebrates the rebuilding of Winters from the devastating earthquake in 1892, and is a great place to reconnect with friends and neighbors.

The festival offers children’s activities, local food and wine, and vendors, as well as live music and dancing with local band Locked N Loaded (6-7:30 p.m.) followed by local favorites, the Time Bandits (8-11 p.m.)

There is no charge to attend.
