Winters voters had an opportunity to ask questions about the issues they think are important at the Winters City Council Candidates Forum on Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022. The public forum was hosted in the Margaret Parsons Room at the Winters Community Library. The non-partisan, in-person forum was hosted in collaboration with the Winters Express and Democracy Winters.
