The roundabout project on Grant Avenue is proceeding as planned. The contractor, Vintage Paving, will be entering the phase of the project that will require the full closure of the intersection of Walnut Lane and Grant Avenue (Highway 128) beginning Monday, Nov. 13.

This road closure will be in effect 8 a.m. on Monday through 3 p.m. on Friday.  The roadway will be opened during the weekends beginning at 3 p.m. on Friday.

The closure could be in effect for up to  six weeks, depending on weather and other construction factors. A detour will be posted to direct traffic via  East Baker Street around the work zone. Local traffic will be allowed access to Walnut Lane during these detour closures.
