‘Halloween Spooktacular Fun Run’ in Winters planned

All are invited to grab a costume and running shoes and head out to Winters 2019 “Halloween Spooktacular Fun Run” on Sunday, Oct. 27.

There are 5K and 10K runs for all ages and a 1-mile kids’ run.

There will be an individual costume contest as well as a best-group-costume contest.

The event is sponsored by the Winters Rotary Club and all race proceeds are donated to local services and scholarships.

The cutoff date for online registration is 9 p.m. Oct. 26.
