City Manager Kathleen Salguero Trepa announced on Wednesday that due to challenges with audio, the upcoming Jan. 10 Winters City Council Special Meeting will be conducted as an in-person-only meeting.
Trepa said there have been audio issues during the last few hybrid meetings. At the Dec. 13 special meeting, there was a time frame when attendees on Zoom were able to hear the Chamber audio, however, the Chamber attendees could not hear their audio.
“Our IT consultant has determined we’re having software interface issues with the equipment for the hybrid platform. Unfortunately, we may not be able to fix this in time for Tuesday’s meeting so will post the packet tomorrow (Thursday) as an in-person meeting only,” Trepa said.
The agenda and meeting packet for the Jan. 10 meeting will be posted on the City’s website on Thursday, Jan. 5. Once it is available, the public can access the agenda and packet at www.cityofwinters.org/city-council-meetings_.
The in-person City Council Special Meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber at 318 First St.
