Winters Community Library Special Events (708 Railroad Avenue in Winters) · Jan. 9: Upscale Your 2019 Calendars, 6 p.m. Learn how to transform your old calendars into beautiful gift bags, envelopes, and more! Participants are welcome to bring their own calendars but it is not required. Calendars and other supplies will be provided. · Jan. 23: Aguas Frescas: Play with Clay Night, 6 p.m. Visit the library to create individual clay sculptures. Refreshing homemade Aguas Frescas will be available to help fuel your creativity.
