The UCCE Master Food Preservers of Solano & Yolo Counties are hosting online workshops on how to create a variety of gift ideas and safely preserved foods that are fun to make and give

There are two opportunities to join in the Zoom for the Gifts from the Kitchen workshops on Friday, Dec. 3 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. or on Saturday, Dec. 4 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Presenters will demonstrate how to create:

  • Easy hostess gift basket examples
  • Marinated mushrooms
  • Cocktails and mocktails using preserved foods
  • Ideas for entertaining unexpected guests using fall favorites like pears, apples, cranberries and more.

There is a $15 fee and registration is required to receive the Zoom access link.

The fee includes a PDF recipe booklet. A print version is available for an additional $15.
