NOV. 20: 1:09 p.m., 800 block of Grant Avenue, victim’s personal information was fraudulently used to apply for cash loans and run credit checks.
NOV. 24: 10:02 p.m., first block of Main Street, suspect entered a business and took the tip jar containing money. Loss: $150. The case is being forwarded to the District Attorney for complaint.
NOV. 25: 5:30 p.m., first block of Main Street, suspect shoplifts items from a business. The case is being forward to the District Attorney for complaint.
NOV. 27: 6 p.m., 100 block of East Grant Avenue, a vehicle was vandalized. Damage: $500.
DEC. 1: Time unknown, 500 block of Second Street, a rear license plate was stolen from a vehicle.
DEC. 3: 3 p.m., 200 block of Red Bud Lane, a vehicle was vandalized. Damage: $1,000.
Dec 4: 3:31 a.m., on Myrtle Drive, an officer assisted Yolo County Sheriff’s Department with a verbal altercation.
~ 11:30 a.m., 700 block of Main Street, a wallet and prescription
medication was stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $80.
DEC. 5: 3:38 p.m., a vehicle traveling westbound on East Grant Avenue proceeded to make a left-hand turn onto Morgan Street directly into the path of a vehicle traveling eastbound on East Grant Avenue.
~ 4 p.m., on the 900 block of East Grant Avenue, a wallet was lost.
~ 8:06 p.m., on Myrtle Drive, officers assisted Yolo County Sheriff’s Department with a possible attempted suicide.
DEC. 6: 7:50 a.m., a vehicle was stopped at the stop sign facing westbound on Manzanita Way at Maple Lane. The vehicle proceeded into the intersection and collided into a vehicle traveling northbound on Maple Lane.
~ 3:30 p.m., 600 block of Fourth Street, officers assisted Yolo County Child Protective Services with a protective custody order.
~ 5:09 p.m., a found scooter was turned over to police.
DEC. 7: 3:50 p.m., a vehicle traveling eastbound on Grant Avenue east of Main Street was struck in the rear by the vehicle. Tiffany Marie McClymonds, 21, of Winters was issued a notice to appear charging her with driving with a suspended/revoked driver’s license and following too closely.
DEC. 8: 5:25 p.m., Railroad Avenue south of Niemann Street, a vehicle traveling northbound collided into the rear of a vehicle causing that vehicle to collide in the rear of a third vehicle. Wenseslao Balderas Morales, 60, of Winters was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of .08% or above. Morales was transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.
DEC. 9: 7:30-10 p.m., at East Baker Street and Wild Rose Lane, a vehicle was stolen. On Dec. 11, the vehicle was recovered by California Highway Patrol.
DEC. 10: 8:13 a.m., a vehicle was stopped at the stop sign facing eastbound on Edwards Street at First Street. The vehicle proceeded into the intersection and collided into a vehicle traveling northbound on First Street.
~ 11:06 a.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~ 2:51 p.m., I-505 and Russell Boulevard, officers assisted the Yolo County Sheriff’s Department with an attempt to locate a subject.
DEC. 10-11: 1 p.m. to 11:20 a.m., 400 block of East Main Street, prescription glasses were stolen from an unlocked vehicle. Loss: $500.
