NOV. 22~26: time unknown, 400 block of Morgan Street, a bench was vandalized.  Damage: $150.

NOV. 24: 11:37 a.m., first block of First Street, officers had contact with two subjects determined to be on active, searchable probation. A search revealed items of evidentiary value.

NOV. 26: 4 p.m., A citizen reported a lost wallet.

NOV. 29: 1:05 p.m., a 14-year-old Mountain View juvenile was arrested on an outstanding Santa Clara County bench warrant. The juvenile was booked at Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Juvenile Hall for incarceration.

~  6:20 p.m., Matthew Laurence Friend, 28, of Winters was arrested for public intoxication. Friend was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

DEC. 2~3: 2 p.m. to 11 a.m., 900 block of Railroad Avenue, an iPod was stolen from a locked vehicle. Loss: $70.

DEC. 3: 11:15 a.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. A juvenile opened an unlocked door and the alarm sounded. The building was secured.

~ 3-5 p.m., 400 block of Plum Place, a laptop was stolen from an unlocked vehicle.  Loss: $2,000.
