JAN. 26: 10 p.m., 1000 block of Eisenhower Way, victim received annoying/harassing statements from suspect. The case is being forwarded to the District Attorney for complaint.

~  11:09 a.m., 20 block of East Main Street unknown suspect(s) takes item of value from an unlocked residence. Estimated loss: $40.

JAN. 29: 12:06 p.m., 800 block of West Grant Avenue unknown suspect(s) take item of value from an unlocked residence. Estimated loss $350.

~  6:40 p.m., Matthew Friend, 28, a transient was arrested for public intoxication. Friend was transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

JAN. 30: 5:59 p.m., 700 block of Dutton Street, officers responded to an audible alarm.  It was determined it was a false alarm.

JAN. 31: 2:31 a.m., 700 block of Matsumoto Lane, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~  1:44 p.m., first block of West Grant Avenue, officers assisted Woodland Police Department with the detention of wanted suspect.

~  5:36 p.m., 200 block of Railroad Avenue, officers responded to an audible alarm. The business was found secure.

~  8:35 p.m., Servando Ybarra, 36, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Yolo County Sheriff bench warrant charging him with failure to comply on previous charge of domestic violence.  Ybarra was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

FEB. 1: 12:53 p.m., Shams Way, an officer assisted Yolo County Sheriff’s Department with an audible alarm.

~  7:25 pm, Jose Delgadillo Valdivia Jr., 48, of Winters was arrested on an outstanding Winters Police Department bench warrant charging him with violation of probation on previous charge of domestic violence. Valdivia was booked at the Winters Police Department and transported to Yolo County Jail for incarceration.

FEB. 3: 2:20 a.m., intersection of County Road 31 and County Road 95, officers assisted the Yolo County Sheriff Office with traffic control due to a vehicle collision.

~  8:45 p.m. James Iyesia, 43, of Woodland was issued a notice to appear in court on charges of driving with a suspended driver’s license, expired registration and driving without working vehicle taillights.
